Romantic City Wedding- Gemma & Dave
Dave & Gemma got married in the iconic 30 James Street, home the of Titanic. It was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It’s set right in the heart of the Liverpool City Centre and a perfect location for photos. With views of the Three Graces, Mann Island and the Albert Dock. 30 James Street and The White Star Grand Hall is the idyllic venue rich in history.
Being from Liverpool I couldn’t asked for a more perfect location. After the ceremony, guests headed up to Carpathia Champagne Bar which overlooks the entire city for their welcome drink and donuts. The views are just incredible!
Whilst guest were mingling I took Dave & Gemma down to the Liver Building to capture some photos of just the two of them. I really love capturing the portraits of couples just after the ceremony. I personally feel this is such an important part of the day as it’s the only chance you really get to be alone and take everything in. As a wedding photographer I feel this is so important and can actually really create some really beautiful photos.
I can’t wait to return to 30 James Street again this summer. If you are looking for an inner-city wedding that has the whole package then look no further. Here are some of my favourites from this beautiful day….
Anyone looking for a photographer, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Louise is amazing, she captured our wedding perfectly. Add in the fact that she is a lovely person and she is everything you would want to include in your day. Top marks. Thank you so much Louise – Dave & Gemma
